The logo, designed by Lam Pui Shan of Form 4, signifies Wa Ying celebrating its 50th anniversary with God’s grace. Having “50” in the shape of a heart
symbolizes all Wayingers connected to the school’s Golden Jubilee with the bond of love. The starry sky signifies the blessed future of Wa Ying, with infinite possibilities for every student to shine.
The “Call for Songs” activity has revived Wayingers’ memories of the good old days and prompted some alumni and students to compose love songs for their alma mater. Besides the theme song
composed by Andy So, our alumnus, there are 4 shortlisted anniversary songs from young graduates, senior and junior students – reflecting learning experiences and sentiments of different generations.
Due to COVID-19, these songs will be produced professionally when the epidemic relaxes.
